Just like it is wise to attend a birthing class during pregnancy for preparation and empowerment, this is a re-birthing class for you during The Shift . Menopause Matters offers one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops designed specifically for women moving through peri-menopause and menopause. We address the emotional and physical, layers of this transition offering education, somatic release and nervous system regulation through lymphatic sequences, vagus nerve and pelvic floor exercises and more!
