An immersive sound healing experience for groups, whether you're planning a girls' night, a bridal shower, a birthday celebration, a family gathering, or simply want to give the people you love something truly meaningful. The room fills with the resonance of singing bowls, creating a space where everyone can exhale, let go, and simply be.

Just like it is wise to attend a birthing class during pregnancy for preparation and empowerment, this is a re-birthing class for you during The Shift Menopause Matters offers one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops designed specifically for women moving through perimenopause and menopause. We address the emotional and physical, layers of this transition offering lymphatic sequences, vagus nerve and pelvic floor exercises and more!
